Investment Profile

We Invest in Mature, Lower-Middle-Market Companies that Have Many of These Business Characteristics:

Revenues between $10 million and $100 million, with EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million
Management teams with a strong track record
Private and closely held, often family owned companies
Business and/or ownership groups located in the continental United States
Niche or market-dominant businesses
Manufacturing, service, distribution, or retail businesses with low technology risk
Stable or growing, predictable earnings and cash flow
Owners’ objectives aligned with ours
Positive industry and business trends

We expect that few, if any companies will meet this entire profile and we consider mitigating factors in considering any investment.
