Tom is a seasoned financial services executive with over 30 years of experience with four leading Midwestern financial services organizations. In addition to founding Marquette Capital Partners, Mr. Jenkins served as Chief Lending Officer at the $6 billion Marquette banking organization from 1990 until its divestiture in 2002. Mr. Jenkins' lending and investment experience spans hundreds of companies across a wide variety of industries. He is a graduate of Lawrence University. He earned a BBA in finance at the University of Wisconsin and earned his MBA at DePaul University.
The focus of Greg’s 30-year career has been on structuring senior debt and mezzanine investments to middle market companies. Prior to joining Marquette Capital Partners, Mr. Dames was the head of commercial lending at Marquette Capital Bank, a highly successful start-up business bank. He is a graduate of Rice University and earned his MA in international relations at Yale University.
David has over 20 years of leveraged finance and private capital experience. Prior to joining Marquette Capital Partners, Mr. Shapiro was a Vice President in the leveraged finance group at U.S. Bank, Minneapolis where he originated, negotiated, and managed a portfolio of leveraged loans. . He is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned his MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
Looe has 12 years of finance and private capital investing experience. Prior to joining Marquette Capital Partners, Mr. Baker had commercial real estate acquisition and development responsibilities at LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago and WelshInvest in Minneapolis. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
